Standard policy
We offer a 30 day refund or exchange on any unopened, undamaged, new-condition or unused items. The 30 days begins upon delivery to you. Simply call our customer service line at 1-877-550-5503 and request a Return Authorization Number. Do not return your order without this number noted on the package and invoice.
When requesting this number, be sure to mention if there was an error in your order. The Art Store will pay for return shipping on any product that was shipped in error.
Items returned as a result of customer order error will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Damaged goods
Please make sure to inspect all packages before accepting delivery. If obvious damage is noted please note it on your delivery receipt. Ask the delivery driver to sign the receipt to verify damage.
Inspect all merchandise thoroughly for any damage. If the actual item is damaged please notify us at once. We must notify our carriers with 15 days, or the carrier could deny liability.
Please make sure to verify the contents of the package with your packing slip. If you notice a discrepancy in your order, notify our Customer Service at 1-877-550-5503 within 10 days of receipt of goods. Then ask for a return authorization number. Do not return your order without this number noted on the package and invoice. We will cover return shipping costs for all damaged goods.

Once we have accepted your order at ShopTheArtStore.com and shipped the product, no refunds or returns are accepted. Please consult your local country Customs Service and other relevant authorities to confirm that no restrictions or special requirements will apply to your order.
